About Us

I’ve always known I’d open a coffee shop someday—but I never imagined how sweet the journey would be!

 

After graduating high school in 2020, I set out to chase that dream. In September 2022, our little trailer came home, and my husband and I spent the next seven months pouring our hearts into transforming it. From installing equipment and meeting with incredible local roasters to training baristas, perfecting recipes, and even learning how to back up a trailer—we were determined to create something truly special!

We officially opened on April 1, 2023. Since then, we’ve embraced every season on the road and have even added an indoor setup for the winter months. God has been so good to us, continually blessing this business with growth, opportunity, and the most supportive community!

We’ve invested so much love and dedication into this little trailer, and it has been our greatest joy to share it with you! Every cup is crafted with locally roasted beans, local A2 milk from our trusted farm partner, and our own homemade syrups.

At Honey Bean, our purpose is simple: to share a little of Jesus’s love everywhere we go and to serve coffee that is sweet to the soul!
